GROUP TRAINING
Group training allows the player to hone his skills by putting them to the test in actual game scenarios. Athletes always train with athletes that have similar skill levels and age group to them. You will be challenged whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player as you compete in a small group with athletes of comparable skill levels.
These competitions allow you to learn more about his own strengths and shortcomings, develop strategies to improve his strengths and address his weaknesses.
Plus if you have 3 other friends who love playing basketball, 4 of you can form as a group!
Our Group Training maintains quality by keeping the coach-to-student ratio to a maximum of 1:4 at all times.
Each 1-hour group session will consist of drills designed to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, positions, defense and footwork, as well as confidence and understanding of the game.
